Positive: I had a really good stay and everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. The property is newly built. The room was clean, organized, and exactly as shown in the photos. The direct access to the pool was a big plus and made the stay feel easy and enjoyable. It was nice being able to step outside and relax without needing to walk far or pass through common areas. The location was also a highlight. The pier for boat trips is very close, which made it extremely convenient for me. I didn’t have to worry about long transportation times or arranging extra transfers. It was easy to join tours and return to the property without any hassle, which saved a lot of time. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Communication was smooth, and anything I asked for was handled quickly. I also noticed that the outdoor areas were regularly maintained. The pathways, pool, and common spaces were clean and looked well taken care of. Inside the room, everything worked properly. Good water pressure, proper lighting, and no issues with the air conditioning. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room in order, and I felt comfortable the entire time. The overall environment was peaceful, and it was nice to come back to a quiet place after going out during the day. I really appreciated how simple and trouble-free the whole stay was. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, good service, and a relaxing place to stay.
